We are looking for an experienced and communicative Customer Care Specialist fluent in both English and Dutch to join our team. You will be part of a dynamic group focused on processing sales orders for the UK & North region. This role involves not only back-office tasks but also active customer communication.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Coordinating the process of receiving and processing orders
  • Communicating with clients and providing support throughout the order process
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams (supply chain, procurement, finance)
  • Addressing customer inquiries and ensuring high-quality service
  • Serving as a key point of contact between clients and various internal departments

CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a significant advantage
  • Ability to solve problems independently and manage time effectively
  • A team player attitude and willingness to collaborate with different departments
